Harris Home Health, part of LHC Group in the Optum family, seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide treatment, exercise instruction and patient education under the plan of care in patients’ homes. A $7,500 sign-on bonus is available for qualified applicants.
Responsibilities include following state laws, assisting with the plan of care, guiding gait and mobility exercises, and coordinating with the supervising PT and care team.
