Carolina Therapy Services is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our skilled nursing team in Elkin, NC. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to provide high-quality care to both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents.
Position Responsibilities:- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist
- Deliver care to post-acute and long-term care patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Accurately document patient progress and treatment outcomes
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
, including therapists and restorative nursing staff
- PRN / As-Needed Position
