Unit profile aimed at providing exceptional patient care.
Rehabilitation-focused unit with a capacity for 24 patients.
Patient ratios typically allow for one patient per hour.
Staffing includes 2 CNAs per shift and a rehab tech available 20 hours per week.
All necessary lift equipment is available.
Facility includes a large rehab gym with various equipment.
Documentation is done through an electronic system.
Set schedule with no weekends required.
Floating policy allows for temporary assignment to nearby facilities as needed.
Preference for candidates with at least one year of experience in a similar setting.
Candidates must possess the ability to perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and treatments.
Dress code consists of scrubs with no specific color requirement.
Facility offers a new rehab gym, fully functioning kitchen, and laundry setup.
Outdoor therapy options are available.
