Key Responsibilities Include- Independently supervise chemotherapy administrations
- Manage acute care visits
- Follow-up with Oncology patients and new Hematology patients
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including social workers, navigators, nursing staff, and palliative care providers
- Board Certification
- NC state licensure
- Minimum of two years of oncology experience
- Compassionate and kind demeanor
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
