This role supports clients with basic daily care in home settings and requires at least 6 months of caregiving experience, a High School diploma preferred, and completion of tasks per care plans.
You will document tasks in EVV, assist with meals and transfers, follow safety protocols, respect privacy, and coordinate with the Home Care Manager
