ARMStaffing is looking for a Radiologic Technologist, Mammography (Day Shift) in Roxboro, North Carolina.
LocationRoxboro, NC
Assignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule/Shift07:00 AM to 03:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with no weekend hours and no call requirements.
Job DescriptionAs a Radiologic Technologist specializing in Mammography at Person Memorial Hospital, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality imaging services to patients. You will work with advanced GE 3D mammography equipment and utilize the Change/Meditech electronic health record system. Your patient population will primarily consist of adults, and your responsibilities will include performing mammography exams, ensuring patient comfort and safety, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities- Perform mammography procedures while ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Monitor and maintain high-quality imaging practices.
- Assist in X-Ray procedures when Mammography is not busy.
- Document patient information accurately in the EHR system.
- Minimum of 1 year of Mammography experience.
- Experience with X-Ray procedures preferred.
- ARRT certification in Radiography required.
- Specialized training or certification in Mammography is a plus.
