DESCRIPTION

Chetola Resort is seeking a friendly and dependable part-time Spa Attendant to support the daily operations of our Spa and Wellness Center. Spa Attendants are key contributors to the guest experience by ensuring a serene, clean, and well-stocked environment before, during, and after treatments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a team-oriented atmosphere, takes pride in providing polished service, and is passionate about wellness and hospitality.

Required availability includes Saturdays, with the possibility of occasional Friday and Sunday shifts and holiday coverage based on business needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO Guest Experience & Service Support
  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm, welcoming experience
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of relaxation areas, locker rooms, and treatment rooms
  • Prepare treatment rooms before and after each session according to spa protocols
  • Anticipate and respond to guest needs, offering towels, beverages, or other amenities as needed
  • Escort guests through the spa and explain available services and amenities
Team Collaboration & Daily Operations
  • Work alongside therapists and leadership to ensure timely transitions between treatments
  • Assist with laundry, restocking supplies, and managing linens throughout the day
  • Maintain organization and presentation of all spa areas
  • Follow health, hygiene, and safety protocols in accordance with resort and industry standards
  • Report maintenance issues or supply needs to the Assistant Spa Manager promptly

  • Guest-focused and courteous, with a professional and calm demeanor
  • Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and punctual with strong attention to cleanliness and detail
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Enjoy creating peaceful, rejuvenating experiences for others
REQUIREMENTS
  • Prior experience in guest services is required
  • Prior experience in spa operations is preferred
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Must be available to work weekends and to work holidays and evenings as needed
  • Ability to maintain discretion and uphold guest privacy
  • Strong communication and scheduling skills
