Are you a strategic HR leader with a passion for driving talent management, employee engagement, and organizational capability? We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to plant leadership, ensuring HR strategies align with business objectives.
- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and development initiatives to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management strategies.
- Partner with the safety team to maintain a strong health, safety, and environmental (HSE) culture.
- Support workforce development (WFD) initiatives, collaborating with production and quality teams to enhance training programs.
- Champion change management, organizational design, and HR best practices.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- PHR or SHRM certification is a plus.
Skills &
Competencies:
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing HR functions across multiple sites is a plus.
- Ability to execute HR initiatives while handling tactical responsibilities.
- A problem‑solver with a results‑driven mindset.
