Part-time HR/Benefits Coordinator
LHH is partnering with a client in Colfax searching for a part-time HR/Benefits Coordinator to join their team. This role will be onsite Tuesday-Thursday 7AM-4PM and will be contract-to-hire paying $18-20/hr must be looking for part-time hours and have HR and benefits enrollment experience to be eligible for this role! Paycom experience a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Assist employees with annual benefits enrollment
- Provide assistance with enrollment and selecting plan options through Paycom for hourly/salary employees
- Add new hires to Paycom for benefits/payroll
- Manage and track employee files
- Process I-9's
- Process FMLA and LOA requests
Qualifications:
- Must be looking for part-time schedule
- Must have HR/benefits enrollment experience, preferably within a manufacturing company
- Paycom experience a plus
- Strong communication skills, willingness to help employees and positive attitude
