Ashley Furniture is seeking a dynamic Field Recruiter based in Advance, NC. In this role, you will lead talent acquisition initiatives for manufacturing and distribution facilities, partnering with plant leadership to attract and hire qualified operational talent.

• Full-Cycle Field Recruiting:
  Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates for manufacturing, logistics, and skilled trades positions.
• Community Outreach:
  Organize and attend local hiring events, job fairs, community college partnerships, and recruitment campaigns.
• Hiring Manager Partnership:
  Collaborate with plant supervisors and department managers to forecast hiring needs and streamline selection.
• Candidate Care:
  Guide candidates through the interview, pre-employment screening, and offer acceptance processes.
• Recruitment Analytics:
  Track recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill, turnover, and sourcing channel effectiveness.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline; or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience:
  
  2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or retail.
• Skills:
  
  Strong communication, networking, applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Taleo), and relationship building skills.
