As an international company, we are looking for an
AI & Automation Developer - ERP & Integration
based in
Ankara, Türkiye.

• Develop AI-based automation tools to improve departmental workflows (Legal, HR, Finance, Operations, etc.)
• Design and implement API integrations with Dynamics 365 Business Central to automate processes and data flows
• Integrate AI models and automation logic with Microsoft 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dynamics 365
• Build and maintain intelligent document processing systems (e.g., contract review, approval flows, data extraction)
• Analyze business processes and propose automation opportunities using AI, RPA, or scripting tools
• Collaborate with ERP and IT teams to ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable implementations
• Support development of dashboards and predictive analytics for decision-making
• Evaluate new AI tools, APIs, and platforms that can benefit INTEC’s digital ecosystem
• Maintain clear documentation of developed systems, workflows, and API integrations

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related fields
• Proven experience (2+ years) in automation development or AI-related projects
• Strong knowledge of Python, Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), or similar tools
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including API integration and customization
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure AI, or other AI/ML APIs is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical mindset and process understanding
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a multi-country environment

• Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or document analysis
• Knowledge of RPA platforms (UiPath, Power Automate Desktop, etc.)
• Understanding of data governance and security principles
• Background in renewable energy or EPC companies is a plus
