Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Siemens Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize Siemens Opcenter MOM solutions, ensuring seamless integration with manufacturing processes and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Implementation & Support: Lead the implementation and ongoing support of Siemens Opcenter MOM solutions, including Opcenter Execution, Opcenter Quality, and Opcenter Intelligence, ensuring alignment with business objectives and manufacturing processes.
• Techno-Functional Analysis: Conduct thorough techno-functional analysis to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring effective system design and configuration.
• System Integration: Oversee the integration of Siemens MOM solutions with existing enterprise systems such as ERP (e.g., SAP), PLM, and MES, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing performance and efficiency.
• Training & Knowledge Transfer: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of Siemens MOM solutions.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery, managing expectations and fostering strong relationships.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing and supporting Siemens Opcenter MOM solutions, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in system integration, data mapping, and troubleshooting within the Siemens MOM ecosystem.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional Experience: Experience with other Siemens MOM modules such as Opcenter APS and Opcenter Intelligence.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in Siemens MOM solutions or related fields.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in industries such as automotive, pharmaceuticals, or electronics manufacturing.
