Assistant MIS Manager II

Join our team as Assistant MIS Manager II, supporting the MIS Manager in maintaining secure, efficient information systems. This role involves managing data accuracy, system performance, and compliance while providing technical support across departments.

• Policy and Procedure Support:
  Assist in developing and implementing MIS policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and security.
• Data Management:
  Retrieve, validate, and analyze data for audits, statistical reporting, and management purposes.
• System Maintenance:
  Perform database housekeeping and ensure smooth operation of MIS systems.
• Technical Support:
  Provide technical assistance and training to staff on MIS applications and systems.
• Project Assistance:
  Support planning and management of software and hardware installations and upgrades.
• Reporting:
  Develop and maintain reporting systems to track KPIs and other metrics.
• Compliance:
  Ensure adherence to data protection regulations and internal policies.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in MIS or a related field.
• Skills:
  
  Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, proficiency in database management and reporting tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with coding and scripting languages (e.g. VBA, Power Shell, Python, etc.).
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
