About the Position
The Civil Law Associate Attorney will join our Civil Law Practice Area Group (PAG) serving clients in Catawba County and western North Carolina.
The day-to-day responsibilities include checking emails, returning messages, coordinating with case managers, and preparing for court. The role involves attending court sessions, mediations, depositions, and conducting case research and reviews. The attorney will also participate in PAG team trainings, communicate with clients via various channels, and manage cases from start to finish, ensuring a high-quality client experience.
Our team will support the selected candidate with mentorship, an assigned case manager, and weekly training sessions.
While previous law firm and litigation experience are preferred, candidates at all levels will be considered. The selected candidate must be a licensed member of the North Carolina Bar in good standing.
