Position: Shift Operations Coordinator Rotating 12 hr. Swing Shift
Location: Linwood

Job Summary

Key areas of responsibility will include the day‑to‑day support of production assets through interaction, influence and leadership of the production teams, and the facilitation of meetings. Training of teammates is at the core of this role.

The anticipated pay rate for this position is up to $31.55 per hour, based on experience. Shift: 12‑hour rotating schedule (2 weeks on Days & 2 weeks on Nights). Hours are 6:00am – 6:15pm, then 6:00pm – 6:15am. Daily overtime—any work over 12 hours daily—is paid at time & ½. You are paid double time when you work on your scheduled Sunday (one Sunday every other week) and double time plus holiday pay when you work on a holiday.

Exercise Center is on site.

Core Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively across the organization.
  • Review work instructions, training checklists, and module questions when teammates start training in a module.
  • Collaborate with the Shift Operations Leader to allocate labor in the department to meet business needs.
  • Ensure teammates are current with training, both module and OMU.
  • Coordinate work activities with other teammates to ensure smooth shift‑change transitions.
  • Partner with the Shift Operations Lead daily.
  • Conduct audits of training records for operators on the floor.
  • Run a module daily.
  • Provide backup support in the Shift Operations Leader’s absence.
Qualifying Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Post‑secondary education (college courses and/or technical certificate) preferred.
  • Two or more years of relevant experience or equivalent post‑high‑school vocational training or equivalent military experience.
  • Strong values for safety and safe work practices.
  • Strong values for delivering quality products.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve process/equipment problems and implement countermeasures.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence others through personal example and work ethic.
  • Effective change agent.
  • Ability to write/update work instructions and procedures as required for documentation and training.
  • High level of self‑motivation and innovation with willingness to develop these skills in others.
  • Good communication skills—verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements.
  • Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
  • Bias for action.
