The Forest City Housing Authority is accepting resumes for the position of Executive Director, who will oversee all functions of the authority. This individual will oversee all programs in accordance with applicable law and HUD requirements. The position reports to a five-member Board of Commissioners. Unit configuration is 151 conventional public housing units and 25 Section 8 New Construction, Multi-family, Project Based units.
Minimum qualifications are a degree in an appropriate classification or a combination of experience in the field. Selectee must possess a valid drivers license and be insurable under the authority’s insurance programs. The salary range and benefits package to be negotiated.
