Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $28.00/hr

Location: Whitakers, NC

Shift Hours: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Robotics Technician with advanced troubleshooting skills to work on-site in Whitakers, NC. This role requires working on robotics systems, troubleshooting PLCs, and ensuring the efficiency and functionality of automated machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and repair robotic systems to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
  • Perform diagnostics on PLC-controlled equipment to identify and resolve issues.
  • Read and interpret prints/schematics for troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with other team members to enhance operational efficiency and system performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Robot Troubleshooting: Experience in diagnosing and repairing robotic systems.
  • PLC Experience: Working knowledge of PLC systems, including diagnostics, programming, and repair.
  • Understanding Prints: Ability to read and interpret technical prints/schematics to support troubleshooting.

Education:

  • College Degree or Technical Equivalent required for this position.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in robotics troubleshooting, PLC programming/repair, and maintenance.
