Description
This position, internally referred to as Adjuster In Training, will spend time working directly with our current Adjusters to become a subject matter expert on all of our machines. The position will require learning to run each machine as an operator before diving into a deeper understanding of how to make adjustments, and parts changes. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing and a strong mechanical aptitude.

RequirementsLead by example, with a positive outlook, through practice and work habit, a desire to follow all policies and procedures in the plan environment to develop and maintain a safe, efficient, high quality, low waste workplace and maximize the development of the personnel they lead.
Demonstrate the ability to accomplish tasks through thoughtful delegation to others in the work group.
Train, coach and enforce all company safety policies.
Learn to operate, adjust, repair, and maintain the machinery; performing the most complex work with the assistance of maintenance personnel.
Perform quality inspections periodically to ensure manufactured product meets standards.
Perform operator duties as required.
Provide feedback to the Shift Supervisor on the performance of the department and assist in performance reviews of the personnel they lead.
Set print and gauge printers.
Must be able to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays and holidays.
