Pay Information$28.38 per hour
Job PurposeLead a team of pipeline and cycle counters to ensure accurate inventories are reflected in all systems to avoid negative impact to the supply chain and assembly.
Key Accountabilities- Accurately count parts as requested by the Parts Shortage Tracker, purchasing and prepared count lists.
- Accurately adjust Global Protection Control System and Global Consolidation Center System inventory systems with count results.
- Communicate count results to inventory control and purchasing.
- Research inventory discrepancies to determine root cause.
- Review and Disposition Cycle Count waves in Global Consolidation Center System.
- Effectively lead the pipeline/cycle count teams on the shift in daily tasks based off needs from Material Services management.
- Perform any other tasks or projects requested by Material Services management team.
- Support buildouts by carrying out counts, dispositioning obsolete inventory.
Minimum 2 years Warehouse and/or inventory related experience and leadership experience.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills- Minimum 2 years Warehouse and/or inventory related experience and leadership experience.
- Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain, & transportation.
- Microsoft Office Proficient.
- GPCS (Global Production Control System).
- GCCS (Global Consolidation Center System).
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Will need to walk for long periods of time from warehouse to assembly lines.
- Must be able to operate a computer.
- Must be able to work flexible schedule including shifts and weekends as necessary.
- Must be able to operate Powered Industrial Vehicle (forklifts, tuggers).
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30lbs.
- Must be able to work overtime as necessary to support department needs (short term and/or scheduled).
- Able to support additional Logistics Control projects as needed (Inventory Cycle Counts, Data entry).
