Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)You will support the unit in achieving production targets by adhering to systems and processes. You will use machinery on the shop floor, read and interpret technical diagrams for assembly of products, panels and systems.
- Conduct all types of assembly work to produce semi‑finished or final products, including packing where integrated with production lines.
- Perform work manually or by using light hand tools.
- Carry out regular quality testing as part of a defined production process.
- Operate within standard operating procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required.
- Knowledge and use of tools such as tape measure, calipers, grinders, or other hand tools.
- Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job, as needed.
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 40 pounds.
The manufacturing plant environment requires hands‑on and technical tasks, occasional lifting, climbing stairs or ladders, and walking. Employees may bend, twist or stand for extended periods. Frequent use of computers is necessary for data entry, monitoring and communication. Personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, gloves and steel‑toed shoes is required to ensure a safe working environment. Adhering to safety guidelines is essential for all team members.
