Responsibilities- Live operations management, plant management or operations management in food manufacturing, poultry a plus.
- Ensure safety is a condition and comply with all safety directives.
- Develop and invest in the best team.
- Ensure product quality at all times.
- Direct production and/or processing at a complex with multiple plants to maintain profitable operations.
- Set production goals for plants and motivate the team to achieve them.
- Oversee department managers across associated facilities and live operations.
- Develop plans for efficient use of materials and machines.
- Prepare budget, recommend to top management, and maintain successful execution.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to productivity, labor efficiencies and reduce plant costs; invest in operational excellence.
- Coachable, communicate well, and have a deep understanding of the needs of the team.
- Must be open to relocate in the future if needed.
- Strong commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and leading safety as a culture.
- Experience leading teams to successfully accomplish objectives.
- Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operational management.
- Working knowledge of budgets, budget development, forecasting, metrics, and KPIs.
- Ability to engage in multiple assignments concurrently and complete them error free.
- Desire for career advancement and growth within the organization, while maintaining commitment to the Vision and Values.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred with a minimum of 5‑8 years of operational management/leadership in a manufacturing environment; MBA a plus.
- High level of manufacturing experience and exposure in food, preferably poultry.
- Willingness to relocate.
- Ability to work any hours as needed, flexible to work various shifts.
The Complex Manager in Training will be expected to graduate from this program within 12 months. Upon graduation, the individual will take a qualified upper management position at a location based on business needs.

- Base salary range of $200,000 +/- based on experience.
- Incentive Pay: eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan; amount varies and is subject to standard terms and conditions of the incentive program.
