Extrusion Line Operator

DAY/NIGHT 12-HR SHIFTS - SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL FOR NIGHT SHIFT AS WELL AS 8-HOUR SHIFTS MON-FRI

Applications are currently being accepted at Southern Pipe, Inc., a leading manufacturer of PVC products and conduit at its New London, NC facility. We have an immediate need for energetic, self-motivated individuals willing to work 12-hour shifts to staff our Extrusion department. 12-hour shift hours are 8-8, with a three-day and four-day workweek. We are also hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift extrusion operators for Monday through Friday.

All potential candidates must possess the ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally. Previous manufacturing and forklift experience are a plus but not required. Excellent attendance is crucial.

Job Types: Full-time
Pay starts from $16.00 per hour, with a $4.00 per hour shift differential after a 90-day introductory period for 12-hour shifts. The twelve-hour night shift receives an additional $1.50 shift differential. Eight-hour shifts receive shift differentials only for 2nd and 3rd shifts.

A referral bonus of up to $600.00 is offered.
