Warehouse Associate – 1st Shift

Location: Arden, NC 28704
Pay Rate: $17.83/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Overtime: Starts at 6:00 AM. Strong OT potential, including Saturday shifts and possible Sunday bonus shifts.

Support daily warehouse operations by safely moving, storing, and preparing products for shipment. This role focuses on accuracy, safety, and efficiency in a fast‑paced environment to ensure on‑time customer delivery.

• Load, unload, move, and store products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other equipment.
• Build and prepare customer orders accurately and repetitively.
• Pack, label, weigh, and inspect products for accuracy and damage.
• Lift and move products up to 50 lbs safely.
• Operate material‑handling equipment and complete daily inspections.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
• Assist with inventory counts and other duties as assigned.

• Ability to stand and walk for the full shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Steel‑toe shoes and ability to wear required PPE.
• Comfortable working at heights.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Basic math skills and ability to read simple instructions in English.
• Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment preferred.
• Ability to work a minimum of eight hours per shift.
