GENERAL DESCRIPTION:This position is responsible for inspecting, reworking, and packing bags/trays of product to achieve daily production standards.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS/DUTIES OF THE POSITION:- Remove bags or trays of salad from conveyor and place into boxes
- Check for foreign objects, accurate bag codes, and expiration dates
- Separate and hold metal detector rejects
- Rework product as required
- Move from one assigned area to another throughout the day as assigned
- Must be able to meet each area standards such as number of bags/trays packed in a determined time
- Any and all other duties assigned by your Supervisor. This may include stacking boxes of salad on skids, printing and applying labels, forming boxes, and maintaining good housekeeping
