Production Forklift Operator - Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Production Forklift Operator to support daily manufacturing operations in Huntersville, NC. This role is responsible for safely transporting materials, supplying production lines, and moving finished products to designated areas to keep operations running efficiently. The ideal candidate has proven forklift experience in a production environment, a strong commitment to safety, reliable attendance, and a consistent work history.

Production Forklift Operator
- Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a forklift to transport raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods throughout the production facility.
• Keep production lines continuously supplied to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Remove completed pallets and transport finished products to designated staging areas.
• Load, unload, and organize materials while maintaining accurate inventory flow.
• Perform pre-shift forklift inspections and report any equipment concerns.
• Work closely with production team members to support daily manufacturing goals.
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area ensuring a safe work environment.
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support production operations.

Production Forklift Operator
- Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of recent forklift experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Stable work history with demonstrated longevity in previous positions.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift in a fast-paced production setting with frequent material movement.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work efficiently under production deadlines.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and work on your feet for extended periods.

Production Forklift Operator
- Work Environment & Dress Code

• High-volume fast-faced manufacturing environment with frequent forklift traffic and continuous production activity.
• Must wear non-slip, closed-toe work shoes and long pants.
• Hoodies or clothing with drawstrings are not permitted for safety reasons.
• Long hair must be tied back while working.
• Required PPE is provided by the company and must be worn at all times in designated areas.

• Night | 2-2-3 | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• $18.00 per hour
