AM - Machine Operator

If you' re new to the industry, don' t worry. We provide the hands-on training you need to support and help you succeed.

This is a hot manufacturing environment. Prior experience working in the heat is preffered.

• Operate and monitor production equipment
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed
• Perform visual quality checks on finished products
• Keep your work area clean and safe
• Train alongside an experienced team member and learn the production process

• Experience operating production machinery is a plus
• Comfortable working in a warm to hot production environment
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Ability to stand, move, and stay active throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs regularly
• Team-oriented with a strong focus on safety and quality
