Wabtec is seeking a hands-on assembler in Maxton, NC to weigh out, assemble, and transport materials for each molding cycle. You will follow safety rules, inspect mold pressures and temperatures, move molded shoes, de-flash excess material, and ensure quality at each step.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED (or equivalent), the ability to read and write simple materials, and basic problem-solving skills. Regular on-site attendance and adherence to 5S standards are expected.
