About This Role A leading automotive EV battery manufacturer is hiring two hands-on Battery Manufacturing Engineers for its Implementation Group, supporting EV battery production setup and new-model launches at its Liberty, North Carolina plant (100% on-site). You will develop process plans and lead equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, pre-production trials, and launch of battery production lines, owning detailed schedules and budgets for an assigned area, working in advanced-cleanliness (clean room) environments, and driving trials to hit safety, quality, and productivity targets.
Proven machining and machine-operations experience is essential, along with electronic assembly or battery-related manufacturing background and experience in large-scale, complex operations.
