• Safety:

  Will you move and stage materials safely to protect people, equipment, and product?
• CNC Excellence:
  Are you confident setting up CNC laser and press brake equipment, recalling/editing programs, and making offsets to hit quality and production targets?
• Metalworking:
  Can you cut, bend, punch, drill, and deburr parts exactly to drawings and specs?
• Scheduling:
  Will you organize and finish tasks on time to meet the build plan?
• Team Growth:
  Are you open to cross‑training—and to mentoring newer teammates?
• Quality:
  Will you perform and document inspections and tests without fail?
• Flow:
  Can you prep and hand off components to the next internal customer smoothly?
• Upkeep:
  Will you maintain housekeeping, safety checks, and user‑level maintenance on equipment?
• Reporting:
  Can you accurately log time and materials for production records?

• High school diploma or GED (Associate degree is a plus)
• 3–5 years of CNC laser and press brake setup/operation experience
• Blueprint literacy and confidence with calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and protractors
• Strong English communication, teamwork mindset, and solid organizational skills
• Overtime readiness as needed
• Physical capability to perform the role and lift a minimum of 30 lbs
• Thorough knowledge of work holding, tooling, and safe machining practices
• Self‑motivated multi‑tasker with basic Windows navigation skills

- Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm

2nd Shift
- Monday
- Thursday 4:20pm-2:50am
