Cummins Inc. in Fletcher, NC is seeking a School to Work – Manufacturing (Gearing) student to join the Gearing team. This is an on-site role supporting the Drivetrain and Braking Systems plant with up to 40 hours per week while attending Blue Ridge Community College.
Work will focus on quality workmanship, continuous improvement, and safety, with exposure to manufacturing processes to support efficient operations.
