Shift: $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM–2:00 PM 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM–11:00 PM Job Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Personnel Services Unlimited is hiring experienced MIG & TIG Welders for a metal fabrication manufacturer in Cherryville, NC. Openings are available on both first and second shifts. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company known for hiring high-performing temporary employees and offering increased pay and competitive benefits after permanent placement.

• Set up welding equipment and prepare materials for production
• Perform MIG and TIG welding on fabricated metal parts
• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and product specifications
• Inspect completed welds and parts for quality and accuracy
• Complete work orders and accurately report production quantities
• Label, organize, and place finished parts on the correct pallets
• Maintain the flow of materials into and out of the work area
• Follow production schedules and all workplace safety procedures

• Previous MIG and TIG welding experience required; manufacturing or metal fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to set up welding equipment and use standard measuring tools accurately
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safe work practices
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred and the ability to meet pre-employment screening requirements
