We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and experienced Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence and support commercial growth across Turkey. As a key member of our regional marketing team, you will lead initiatives that connect with both retail and wholesale audiences, enhancing customer engagement and brand visibility.

Your role will be pivotal in developing localized strategies, executing impactful campaigns, and aligning with our global brand identity while driving results in the Turkish market.

• Marketing Strategy:
  Create and implement marketing strategies aligned with company goals for both retail and wholesale.
• Campaign Management:
  Lead marketing campaigns (product launches, promotions, events) on time and within budget.
• Mall Cooperation:
  Collaborate with malls to boost traffic, provide digital assets, and support local events.

• Market Research:
  Analyze trends, competitors, and opportunities across both retail and wholesale markets.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Fluent English
• Proven experience in fashion marketing, with a focus on both retail and wholesale segments
• Strong creative and storytelling skills with an eye for aesthetics
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and adjust strategies accordingly
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with the fashion industry trends and an understanding of consumer behavior in this sector
