This role develops and delivers the marketing strategy for North (primarily) and South America, supporting the local business strategy and commercial priorities while ensuring alignment with Boon Edam’s global marketing strategy and brand positioning. Acting as the key link between Americas leadership, Sales and Group Marketing, the role translates business priorities, customer needs and global initiatives into effective regional marketing programs, providing regional leadership and coordination across the Americas.

Working closely with Sales and Group Marketing the role will build brand preference, generate qualified demand and support sustainable pipeline and revenue growth.

This role manages the marketing function and team for the Americas, determines department priorities, agencies, vendors, budgets, and performance reporting to ensure marketing activities generate measurable business impact.
