Schedule Details/Additional InformationTypical hours are 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay Range$46.55 - $69.85
Education / ExperienceBachelor's degree with five years' fundraising experience required. Fundraising experience in an academic medical center, children's health organization, cancer center or with corporations/foundations preferred. Advanced degree preferred. Experience with capital campaigns preferred.
Licensure, Certification, and/or RegistrationValid driver's license

- Adeptness in working with high net‑worth individuals and faculty/physicians
- Possesses negotiating, organizational, analytical, and fundraising skills
- Strong presentation abilities
- Ability to supervise the work of others
- Experience leading volunteer fundraising boards
- Ability to work in a complex environment with the personal and technical skills necessary to establish priorities, set objectives, and achieve stated goals
- Strong political acumen
- Ability to relate research and program goals to external audience
- Capacity to build and maintain long‑term relationships
- Ability to move multiple projects forward
Clean, indoor office environment
Ability to travel locally and nationally as required
Physical RequirementsStanding, walking, sitting, bending, reaching with arms, finger and hand dexterity, talking, hearing, seeing, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling. Requirements range from 0% to 100% activity with lifting limits up to 100 lbs. maximum.
