As a DaVita RN, you’ll deliver compassionate and professional dialysis services in an outpatient setting. You’ll work in a fast‑paced environment, collaborate with clinicians, and use critical thinking to support patient care.

• Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status.
• Assess, troubleshoot, and respond to clinical situations.
• Educate patients and build meaningful relationships.
• Work as part of a supportive care team.

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• CPR certification and basic EKG interpretation.
• 2+ years’ experience with acutely ill patients (ICU, ER, Med/Surg preferred).
• Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills.
• CNN certification a plus.
