• Assist a Licensed/Registered Nurse to directly impact patients'/residents' quality of life by caring for their activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Ensure patients/residents and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring, compassionate atmosphere that respects individual needs and rights.

• Successful completion of a state‑approved CNA program and current certification.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to ensure patient and visitor safety and respond to medical and physical needs.
