The Travel RN – Med Surg role provides high‑quality nursing care to adult medical‑surgical patients in a fast‑paced acute‑care environment. This position requires strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

• 7A–7P
• 36 hours per week, rotating weekends as required by the facility

• 13‑week travel assignment

• Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to ensure optimal outcomes
• Document all patient interactions in the electronic medical record
• Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatments, and discharge plans
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

• Active RN license (state-specific or compact)
• Minimum 2 years Med Surg experience in an acute‑care setting
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification
