High – Trach/Vent

Every other Saturday, Sunday, Monday 7:00 am–7:00 pm (day shifts)

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state where the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component). Aveanna can assist with this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation
