House Supervisor - RN ($75K-$85K)
Columbus, NE USA
36 hrs/wk; 5:30p-6a, 3 days/wk.
Acts as the administrative representative to manage issues, including patient, family, employee and provider complaints.
Supports direct care needs and staffing adjustments.
Ensures shift operational standards are met, including response to emergency codes, patient flow placement and/or transfer, clinical resource for evidence based practice, and policies and procedures.
- Current NE RN license (or Compact license)
- BLS, ACLS, TNCC & PALS
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Sign‑on bonus ($10K with a 1‑year commitment)
- Relocation assistance ranging from $5K–$15K depending on distance of move
