Madison Health and Rehabilitation is currently seeking a Staff Nurse to join our team of dedicated health care professionals.
Applicant must have an unrestricted RN / LPN license.
Valid CPR Certification
Shift Differentials: $5 for 3 PM - 11 PM, $3 for 11 PM – 7 AM.
Sign-On Bonus: $8,000
Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will plan, coordinate, provide, and manage nursing care, services, and health education for residents.
These positions require patience, compassion, and a desire to care for residents with empathy.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising care/services provided by CNAs and staff.
- Coordinating nursing care for residents and ensuring staff competence.
- Administering safe and accurate medication interventions.
- Transcribing and implementing physician orders accurately.
- Performing nursing assessments, notifying physicians of changes, and updating care plans accordingly.
- Developing and implementing care plans based on assessments.
- Providing nursing interventions to stabilize residents’ conditions and prevent complications.
Contributing to resident assessments (MDS/CAA) and care plan development.
