PT LPN Weekend Days
Southern Health Partners, Inc.
LocationChatham County Jail
Schedule- Saturday – 4 hours
- Sunday – 4 hours
Total: 8 hours per week No weekdays. No holidays.
What You’ll Do- Provide focused patient care in a secure, structured correctional setting
- Administer medications and follow established treatment plans
- Monitor, document, and evaluate patient conditions
- Use clinical judgment, assessment skills, and calm response in a controlled environment
