NP​/PA Nocturnist Hospitalist Nags Head, NC

The Outer Banks Health Medical Group, in partnership with ECU Health Physicians, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established hospitalist team at The Outer Banks Health Hospital located in Nags Head, North Carolina. The successful candidate will work as a Nocturnist. The Outer Banks Medical Group is an established multi-specialty group that has a passion for high quality of patient care.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of inpatient experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

• Established hospitalist team inclusive of 2 physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers
• Schedule:
  
  7on/7off, 7pm - 7am
• No routine procedure responsibilities
• Census max 22 patients-average 17, no rounding for night provider, admissions range 4-6
• Dedicated office space and laptop provided to support workflow
• EPIC EMR
• ACLS and BLS from American Heart Association are required
• Clinical responsibilities will include admissions, inpatient care, and preparing patients for discharge
