Care Partners in North Carolina seeks an experienced LPN/LVN to provide nursing care in our Day Center. The role includes triaging participants, administering medications per MAR and standing orders, assisting with labs and wound care, and coordinating with providers and families.
Documentation and patient education are essential. The ideal candidate will have an LPN/LVN license, an associate degree or vocational training, BLS and First Aid certifications, and at least 1 year of experience.
