Salemtowne is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to administer nursing care in a skilled nursing community under RN supervision and physician orders. The role includes assessing residents, monitoring changes, wound care, medication administration, and resident education to ensure their health, comfort, and safety.
The LPN will supervise Medication Aides and CNAs, communicate with physicians, document timely, and ensure adherence to HIPAA and resident rights.
