PACS is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in our facility. You will follow the resident's care plan, support daily activities, monitor health status, and maintain a safe, respectful environment.
Responsibilities include verifying resident identity, documenting care, assisting with feeding and personal care, reporting changes to supervisors, and ensuring rooms are prepared for residents. CPR preferred; 10th grade education required.
