White Oak Manor of Tryon is a 100-bed skilled nursing, assisted living, and rehabilitation facility dedicated to quality care, teamwork, and making a difference in the lives of our residents.

• Full-Time Leadership Position
• Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Alternating RN on-call responsibilities with other RNs as assigned

• Leading and coordinating orientation for new employees.
• Planning and conducting staff education and mandatory in-service training.
• Partnering with the Director of Nursing on staff development, recruitment, and training initiatives.
• Developing educational materials, training programs, and instructional resources.
• Collaborating with department leaders to promote facility-wide learning.
• Supporting high-quality resident care through ongoing education and professional development.
• Maintaining employee education, training, and required health screening records.
• Helping our team stay current with nursing practices, facility policies, and applicable regulations.
• Participating in RN on-call rotation as assigned.

• Graduate of a state-approved school of nursing.
• Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina REQUIRED
• Supervisory or administrative experience preferred; three years of experience is identified in the position qualifications.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and long-term care standards.
• A passion for teaching, mentoring, teamwork, and excellent resident care.
