The role features a 3x12 schedule (12p-12a) with rotating weekends/holidays and a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio in a busy ED with ~74 daily visits. A $10k sign-on is available for new grads and $20k for experienced RNs with a 2-year commitment.
