We are currently seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare family specializing in Acute Care on our Progressive Care unit.

Our unit comprises of 30 beds where we care for a large spectrum of patients where we monitor and accommodate step-down, med-surg, and swing patients. Our patients are predominantly long-term and chronically ill and building relationships with our patients and their families is a key aspect of our unit, and we take joy in helping them throughout their healthcare journey.

Provides leadership which facilitates the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well‑being of patients. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Implements medically prescribed interventions.

What qualifications you will need:

• Education:
  
  Associates Degree or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• License:
  
  Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse License Compact) license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON Registered Nurse must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Certification:
  
  BLS Healthcare Provider
• Experience:
  
  One year hospital nursing experience
