Cynet Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide hospice care in patients' homes on a 13-week contract. You will drive to patient homes daily, handling 5–8 visits per day with a weekly productivity target of 30–35 visits.
Documentation must be completed within 24 hours of each appointment, and travel may extend up to 75 miles from the care center.
Required:
Active RN license, CPR/BLS, recent hospice or home health experience, and proficiency in OASIS and Home Care Home Base
