Bright Spring Health Services seeks a Registered Nurse Case Manager - Hospice to support hospice patients in Currituck, Moyock, Coinjock, and surrounding NC areas. The role focuses on patient-centered care, care planning, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
The RN will monitor clinical needs, administer medications and treatments, and educate families. On-call duties may be required, with a schedule from Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm.
